Digital Products Policy
Please note that due to the digital nature of our products and services (including but not limited to personalized astrological reports, birth charts, and digital content subscriptions), we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made and the digital content has been delivered or accessed.
Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned. As such, all sales are final. By making a purchase on our site, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as:
- If you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
- If the digital file is corrupted or technically defective and cannot be accessed, provided you have contacted our support team for assistance first.
